Alan Konevsky is the new legal officer for the new tZERO. The former senior vice president at MasterCard will oversee TZERO's legal, regulatory, policy and compliance functions.
In addition, he will work with investors, clients and regulators to showcase the company's security, consulting business services and partner with BOX Digital Markets to launch the first SEC stock exchange to exchange business safety codes.

In other news, the CEO of Coinbase Brian Armstrong officially signed the pledge, pledging to donate most of his wealth to charity.
The tender pledge, initiated by Warren Buffett and Bill Gates in 2010, was signed by Elon Musk, Ray Dalio, Bill Ackman and Michael Bloomberg, along with more than 150 others.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said it would step up its regulatory checks in the encryption market next year, making it one of its six priorities after IAEA inspectors identified several problems during its investigations this year.
