If you live in a heavily trafficked area, there is a good chance to fall prey to Amazon thieves – the person who sees a pack on your doorstep and steals it. Engineer Mark Robert has also faced this. In the YouTube video uploaded yesterday, it showed us some form of revenge.
If the video details are real (which, in this world, who knows!), Robert built a very explosive trap to lure a group of thieves, then surprised them with two of the most troublesome elements in the world. The small package contains a reserve of glitter, which, when opened, exploded everywhere. It also had a can of "spray fart" that was posted every 30 seconds. At the same time, the fund was created to record everything, using four cameras for smartphones.
Robert, in the video, says he spent several months developing it. He seems to be just a man doing it. His channel on YouTube is filled with Rube Goldberg-like projects that use engineering and science, including cars that operate the world's largest rat chain. Not only that, he has worked at NASA for nearly a decade and helped build the Corusity vehicle, which eventually leaped into Mars. So if anyone owns his credentials to build such a device, he will be that person.
While the revenge of the thieves is not entirely different from the science of artisanal missiles, there is certainly a similar reward. In the video, you see more than a few people taking the package and then regretting immediately because their lives are covered with a shiny smell and a pillow.
Which means: It's definitely scenes to watch, and you can see it below. Let's just hope Robert does not get the scrambled milk.
